Scholarships!

There are MILLIONS of opportunities for scholarships for students, especially for high school seniors going into college. Some great resources for scholarships are www.scholarships4students.com, www.collegeboard.com, and my personal favorite, www.fastweb.com. Browsing around these websites, there are some scholarships I want to pass on to you to try to apply for!

ScholarshipPoints.com $10,000 Scholarship

Battle for the Bands Scholarships
Music education is under attack! Despite the proven fact that students who participate in music programs have better test scores, lower drug-use rates, lower drop-out rates, more success in college and more involvement in their communities, music and art education programs have their budgets slashed every year. DoSomething.org launched a campaign to help you save music education by sharing a video at http://www.dosomething.org/battle

Start writing those essays and good luck! I'll be posting more and more scholarships as they land in my inbox.
