Good morning!

Today is McKee's 3rd Annual Career Fair! We have many speakers and presenters from all over New York City, specializing in some of the fields McKee graduates will be able to work in after getting their endorsements! Ms. Joyce Ippolito did a fantastic job coordinating the Career Fair and I know it's going to be a great success and our students will get a lot out of it!

Today is also the LAST DAY of the second marking period. Today is the last day to hand in any homework or classwork you need to make up in order to bring up your grade for this report card! This means tomorrow is the first day of the 3rd and FINAL MARKING PERIOD of the term!! It's the end of the school year; summer is coming, the weather is going to get nicer (geez, I hope it does after these last few cold and rainy days!), but that doesn't mean school is over yet! There is still a lot of work for you to do, students! You'll have finals and Regents to study for it, homework and classwork to get done. This is no time to slack off! Please make sure you still work your hardest to bring your grades up as high as you can get them because these are the grades that will go on your final transcript, and THESE are the grades that will determine whether or not you get credit for the classes you've been in since January!

Think of it this way: if you work a little bit harder now to pass your classes, you save yourself from having to go to summer school :)
